Both expanders roll heat exchanger tubes into the tubesheet with a tapered mandrel driving the rolls outward. Choose by tube size and the number of rolls you want in contact with the tube.

What tube sizes do the 800 Series expanders fit?
The 3-roll fits 1/2" to 1-1/2" OD tubes (0.334" to 1.43" ID). The 5-roll fits 5/8" to 1-1/2" OD tubes (0.509" to 1.44" ID). See the sizing charts for each OD and BWG.
Which roller length do I need?
Match it to your tubesheet. 1-1/2" rollers cover roll depths from 1/2" to 1-1/2". 2-1/4" rollers cover 1-1/4" to 2-1/4".
