Two-Piece Metal Tapered Tube Plugs

EASY AND QUICK INSTALLATION!

Place the ring inside your boiler, condenser or fin-fan / heat exchanger, and drive the tapered pin into the ring (custom-cut to your tube's I.D.), causing the ring to expand and give you a 360° seal for the length of the ring. Note: You MUST provide us with the exact I.D. of your tube so we can turn down the outer piece of the two-piece tube plugs for an exact fit.

It is good practice to install rings and pins that are the same as or a compatible material to the tube to be plugged. The tube plugs are available in an array of materials to suit your needs: brass, carbon steel, 316 stainless steel, 416 stainless steel, and aluminum (more than 20 different metals available upon request).
