BENEFITS OF A CUSTOM PSV RACK
Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs) are the first thing off of a unit during maintenance, outages and turnarounds. PSVs always have priority during any shut down and need to be the first part re-installed after being serviced, repaired or replaced. PSV removal and transportation delays can result in significant additional costs to a project.
USA Industries' Pressure Safety Value Racks allow a standard, quick transportation rack for pressure safety valves of all sizes, while keeping them in an upright position. Store up to 12 units on our large rack and up to 14 units on our small rack (depending on the size of your valves). Further, with quicker and easier loading of your PSVs, you can rent cranes, trucks and other equipment for shorter durations, which help lower project costs. In addition, you also save time & labor by purchasing uniform racks instead of having skilled laborers build them out of miscellaneous materials.

The large Pressure Safety Valve Rack can hold 12 total valves, 2 large valves on the bottom, and 10 small valves on the top (dependent on size).
The small Rack can hold 14 total valves, 7 valves on each side, as long as you can position them so the bolts don't interfere with each other (dependent on size).
These racks work with any PSV pulled off of a refinery / chemical unit, including pressure safety valves from drums, columns, exhausts, and more...
Each PSV bolts through the slit in the PSV Rack. For small PSVs, you can also secure them to the flanges on the top of the large PSV Rack.
The PSV Rack is delivered to your project site by truck. You are required to offload and place it on your site. The rack is forklift-accessible at the bottom.
We custom make our PSV racks as their ordered, and typically require 1 week for manufacturing. If you need it sooner, we can rush production for you. Shipping times are dependant on location.
