Leveraging state-of-the-art 3D modeling and FEA analysis, we can identify design issues before prints are released to the shop floor. With this use of 3D CAD/CAM software, we maximize production efficiency so that we deliver high quality products at an expedited pace. Real world tested parts are scanned with our ATOS Capsule at a resolution down to 0.004 of an inch and compared to results from our FEA analysis to verify product viability.
