Universal Orifice Plates

Differential Pressure Flow Measurement

Each Universal Orifice Plate adheres to rigorous manufacturing processes and industry accuracy standards — tailored to your specific application. Widely used for measuring differential pressure flow due to their simplicity, reliable performance, easy installation, and resilience to harsh atmospheric conditions.

Compatibility

Compatible with standard orifice fitting assemblies or ring-type joint plate holders — suitable for use with any dual or single-chambered orifice fittings.

Materials

Stocked in 304 & 316 stainless steel — also available in monel, hastelloy, copper, nickel, and more. Custom coatings applied per your requirements.

Bore Sizing

The plate's bore must be accurately sized and beveled for optimal performance. Our engineering staff can run your orifice bore calculations quickly and accurately for a fee if needed.

Sealing

Seal rings snap in after installing the plate into the carrier — creating seals on both the upstream side of the plate and the fitting seat for a reliable, leak-free installation.
