It depends on how you utilize your cork plugs. If you are utilizing them for transport or identifying tubes during re-work, the plugs should be okay to reuse, as long as you keep them clean / dry. Cork is porous and will be contaminated by any liquid it comes into contact with, possibly rendering it unusable for certain applications moving forward.
